Tapas, tapas and more tapas or Pintxos pronounced (pinchos), in Basque. I think this is the perfect place to start a trip in Spain. The tapas crawl or (txikiteo in basque), is the ultimate adventure for foodies and for those that enjoy healthy portions of vino! I have travelled to a lot of fairly cool spots on the globe but I have to say that there is something very special about Basque Country.
